An air power pack The old and the new are often intricately interwoven. When a building is erected or an existing one undergoes remodelling, old architectural structures have to make way entirely or be partly torn down. Often, such work is noisy, and the forces that the workers apply to tear down walls, break concrete or tear open asphalt seem almost brute. Operating such demolition machines is both heavy labour and high precision work requiring a high level of skill: each move has to be the right one. The TE 3000-AVR was developed for heavy breaking work at floor or ground level. Designed with well-balanced proportions, this breaker conveys its function unambiguously, while its language of form lends it a consistently clear and powerful appearance. A pioneering innovation for difficult breaking and hammering work is incorporated in the way this tool is operated. While comparable tools hitherto required the use of an extra air compressor to drive them, the hammering mechanism of this breaking tool is driven by a pneumatic brushless SR motor which ensures equally powerful breaking performance. The reinterpretation of this type of product resulted in a self-sufficient tool which, without the need for additional machinery, is both ready for use at any time and easy to handle. The ergonomic as well as functionally well thought-out AVR system with shock-absorbing side handles offers users a high degree of operating safety and comfort; vibrations are reduced to a minimum and ...
